Mod request Marines

Hi all,

I have a request for all the modders, could someone please make some Russian Marines?
I've tried modding the infantry uniforms black, so I could have marines in helmets but they don't come out right and have no clue on making the sprites(?) with naval caps.

If someone could help even with the uniform that could be great.
