Help needed - Missing_Ids_campaign_name bug

Hello

I was the purchaser of the BA2 via Early Access. I played BA2 on my old notebook.
So, my installation order for the game was BA2-Early Access setpu file, than patch 1.04
All worked well
Now, with the new notebook, I purchased the Kursk add-on, installed files mentioned above, than downloaded new file, and all went wrong. On a campaign screen, I only can see Barbarossa and Bagration campaigns, both Kursk campaigns (seem corrypted though - have the $ symbol at the front). Rest is with the message mentioned in the title of my post. When trying to start any of the campaigns, game crashes and I get two messages, (second one has the title in Polish sayin about the critical termination).
I tried to uninstall BA2 and install it once again - somehow it still sees Kursk campaigns
Current version of BA2 is Build [1.0.4]

P.S. - i tried to attach dxdiag result and both error messages - I get the messages "The extension bmp/txt is not allowed"

To unlock your Kursk scenarios, you need to enter the serial number (see here: viewtopic.php?f=221&t=63702). When the $ symbols vanish it is unlocked.

I am not sure from your post whether you are trying to run the early access version or not. You certainly shouldn't be

I would uninstall any versions, reinstall and update to 1.0.4, then unlock the Kursk campaigns and all should be well.

That is exactly what I am doing, I guess that $ symbol is OK then, because I try to start the game right after reinstalling BA2-Early Access, and then 1.04 update. Still, the campaign screen looks as follows: Barbarossa and Bagration campaigns look apparently OK (but crash after start, then there are 2 Kursk campaigns, then go 3 or 4 options with MISSING_IDS_CAMPAIGN_NAME writing. Nothing is working

Hello Znachor,

That may be the issue - the Early Access ended a while ago, so you now should be using a 1.00 installer to install the game. Please can you email support[a]slitherine.co.uk and we'll get you a 1.00 installer or later. Then you need to install 1.04 over 1.00 then unlock the expansions. The Early Access version will not work from 1.00 onwards.
