The second major battle between King Alfonso of Castile and the Almoravid ('i.e., Murabit]) troops of Moroccan emir Yusuf bin Tashfin.

I dug deeper into the few primary sources and altered the scenario to reclassify correctly the Diego Rodriguez unit as mounted knights and excised Alvar Fanez from the scenario, as the latter never made it to the battlefield. Also incorporated indications of the Castilian-Leonese battle formations which, as in other such encounters appears counterintuitive when compared to other medieval armies.

So, the dropbox link in the original post is now updated to download version 2.0.
