Let's just say that several years ago he exhibited extraordinary capacity to be and A_ _ hole to everyone on the forum. He was a troll and instigator. He basically pissed everyone off by attacking everything and everyone. If you read through some of the old threads, you will see what happened and how it happened.
Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?

I'm not sure if you heard the news, but he was banned a couple of years ago and won't be able to put up anything.

What was banned ? I hope not because that could really compete with the original creators of the game ? )))

And judging from the link you gave the top job, he leads his ) but not so fast ...

HBalck. But please don't let this thread turn into one where everyone attacks him. I've seen some of the older threads and they aren't very nice.

I'm sure some of his work can be found if you search for it though

Up until recently, H Balck was doing some great work over at the Matrix Panzer Corps forum (as Dumnorix), but suddenly he just pulled the plug on the whole thing! :(

Well, well, well, thanks for the link. Looks like this mod is still alive, and H.Balcks aka Michael Weinert, is still in charge.
He also has a helper slaving away, but the units look fantastic. Did you see those SU25`s loaded up and ready to blast some M1 Abrams off the map?
Sounds like he is looking to do more recruiting for the maps as well. This is very encouraging, maybe we will finally get a working modern mod...

Agreed, Panzer Corps mod would be great. Maybe Adherbal and the guys from Aristocrats will do something modern after Order of battle Pacific. They are putting tons of great features into that game, love to see what they would do in a modern setting.

Jam,
I wasn't familiar with that game, but after checking it out you are correct. Ranged combat, awesome graphics, editor, and lots of room for units.
The problem I see, is that those players seem pretty fanatical about the Warhammer universe. I don't see them traveling back in time to create a WWIII or a Cold War mod.
