Error during Battle of Prokorovka

I received the following error during after I ended my turn and the opponent (Germany) was taking its turn.
***Unhandled Exception! EspCode: 0xC0000005 ExpFlags: 0
ExpAddress: 0x00535588

Since I was asked to report it....here it is.
I think I have found the game I saved but I don't seem to be allowed to attach it.
