Why aren't you in Whitby?

Why not publish the 15mm entries you have Andy - what harm can it do?

And then when the latecomers eventually do turn up - publish their entire lists and order of march as well - a good incentive to be on time next time.

Im off to whitby first thing in morning until Tuesday and I'm going bed now so its going to be wednesday if i have them.
I'm taking a stand on this cos I'm cheesed off that the organisers never put penalties on the offenders Pete,so don't get on to me pal have words with Tim and co and give the offenders a hard time.

Will do Andy. Other organisers have sanctions for late lists so there are plenty of examples of which we could draw from. Please don't think I was having a pop at you.

List checking is a thankless task and hopefully the majority of players appreciate the time and effort you put into this for our benefit. It is an integral part of having a successful event.

Have a great weekend.

To be fair to John Edwards, he was on the reserve list and wasn't aware he now had a place (he is away, and has had no internet for a couple of days). I have spoken to him, and he will get the list in as soon as he returns to civilisation (tonight I believe).

Super - thanks Graeme.

The organisers had 2 drop-outs from other periods and it is great that John & Rob will now be joining us. As such - they don't really qualify as 'late lists'.

No bar, but very cheap breakfast butties (£2.00 Sausage or bacon plus 50p extra for an egg), all day soft drinks and choccie bars (60p) plus again very cheap "Wargamers" lunches (Jacket tatties, pies, pasties, beans sandwiches, salads!) all for less than £3 all in!. No chips this year as schools are healthy now! :D

Route 1
Shouldn't that be: Route 1 - but if that doesn't work - run away.

What can go wrong with such a simple plan?
