BA2 update SNAFU?

Update my BA2 and it indicates it is good to go. But try and start the game and it still wants it to be updated...soooo it wont allow me to add Kursk....oh woe is me!!

You were correct there was a SNAFU but the web page should be fixed now.

i just downloaded the update, transferred to application file, now nothing happens when i try to start the game. the icon asks if i want to force quit, and i do, since there is no BA screen on my computer. great job. wtf do i do now?

If you mean that you installed the update then it may be that it failed to install correctly. What version are you running on what platform? Have you tried reinstalling and reupdating?
