[BUG] - force points in armylist dropping bug

I bought the game from steam. I have the 1.0.1 version.

The bug is that cycling through armylists in skirmish creaion screen messes up the Force Points.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the game
2. Click on skirmish
3. Choose advanced settings
4. Set the force points value to something other than default, for example: set both sides to 2000 points.
5. Now, cycle through armylists. You will se that the force points you have set become messed up and generally drop lower. If you cycle through armylists several times, the force points for both armies will eventually drop to 0.

NOTES:
-Scenario type, map type and style seem to be irrevelant for the reproduction of this bug, it always occurs.
-Bug always occurs if the armylist is set to anything other than "Random".

I'm attaching a DxDiag, though I doubt this is related to my PC specs. But hey you never know, i've seen weirder things when it comes to bug causes. I'm surprised nobody noticed this bug though.

Glad to have helped. I thought its likley not on my PC side, but as I said: I've seen weird things in my life - non-graphical bugs occuring only on Vista 64 etc
