I just purchased a new computer: It has a 3.7 GHz processor with a AMD Radeon HD 8670 integrated graphic chip.
My question is will I be able to play games such as; Conflict of Heroes, Lock n Load Heroes of Stalingrad and Team Assault Baptism of Fire.

Yes, you should be able to play those games with that Radeon graphic card.
