BA2 - Error Version Mismatch (0)

I loaded up BA2 today I was directed to load a Patch. I downloaded and ran the Patch.

On attempting to play I was given an error message: Error Version Mismatch (0)
On pressing Ok the following message appeared:
BA2 exe Fatal Application exit
***Unhandled Exception
Exp Code 0x8000003
Exp Flags: 0
Exp Address 0x00480850
Please Report!

Does anyone else have the same problem?
Are Slitherine aware?

Unzip the downloaded file and run the extracted file to update the game.
