Lost my BA - mega pack.

I have just had a hard drive failure, and have lost my entire Battle academy mega pack. How do I go about re-downloading the game?

You should be able to contact 'support[at]slitherine.com' and they should be able to assist you. IIRC, your serial numbers can be found on your member page at the Slitherine forum, in case you lost those also.

If you registered your serials on the Slitherine's website before or logged into multiplayer at least once you can find your serials here http://www.slitherine.com/login?return_url=/my_page. Just log in and you should be able to see them. If this doesn't work please write an email at support[at]slitherine.co.uk and give them as many details about your purchase as you can remember to help them verify it. They will help you out. And yes you can send them your serial of course just please do not post it in the public because then just anyone can grab your serial and use it to play the game.

Thanks, I have sent the email, I sent it to the one ending in .com, maybe I should have sent it to the one ending in .co.uk. Will have to wait and see if I got it right.
