Where is the default scenario SAVE name set?

During a scenario, when you save a game, a default name is proposed including the scenario name and turn number.

In which file and field is this default name set?

I have noticed that my vanilla game Barbarossa scenario saved under the wrong name of 'France....'
And creating new scenario for a mod, I have default save name like 'IDS_SCEN_ACTUAL_NAME...' instead of 'actual name'

'IDS_SCEN_ACTUAL_NAME...', being the scenario name set n the editor.

Change the name of the map under Scenario Parameters.
