Needed - A Manual written in English!

I recently acquired, used, the 'Military History' version of 'Commander - Europe at War' & I've also d/l'd the 'Gold' update.
(There is a serial # in the manual)
My problem is that the manual is written in French & I can NOT read French!

Is there a place where I can acquire a copy of the manual in English? A download would be fine...
