iOS version (iPad): Game Won't Advance After End Turn

Using the iOS version on an iPad (4th generation 64GB WiFi only) with iOS v8.1.3 and am currently on the Battle For Normandy: Operation Cobra level. After destroying all but one of the Tigers on the fortified hill and Ending Turn, the game won't advance and I'm stuck on my current turn. I've moved every single unit and still can't get the game to initiate the next turn; clicking on the End Turn button only highlights it and beeps but it doesn't remain "pressed" like it should do to indicate it's advancing to the next turn.

On the "Sergeant" difficulty setting but lowering the difficulty doesn't help. This happened once before on another, earlier level and I ended up starting the whole level over again. I do NOT want to start this level over again because it's a rather difficult one that I've survived by not losing a single unit yet.

So until a fix is released, I guess I won't be able to continue playing this game.

We haven't had a report of this issue before. Do you have a save from an earlier turn? What happens if you save the game and reload it? Is it possible you tried to use the end turn button while the AI was running or there was 'action' happening on the map?

Yes, I reloaded the latest "saved" game and the same result: either I still can't advance or reloading actually crashes the game. So it appears to be something corrupted in the game data that if saved, could also lead to a crash.

Since I save often and depending upon how difficult the situation maybe, I may saved many versions at different timelines. Sometimes I can reload to a much older position and so long as I use a different tactic (move different units and/or different actions) I can prevent the bug from arising. Of course, if I hadn't saved multiple timelines, hitting the bug requires I start the level all over.

My guess is that you are saving during the AI phase or when there are things happening in battle (camera movement etc). I vaguely recall we found the bug in BA2 recently, I don't think it was reported in BA prior to this though it has been a while! If you ensure that you don't save during these actions then it should solve the issue is my gut feeling.
