Yes please, I'll give it go.
I have a tabletop 15mm Parliamentarian army that I enjoy using very much so will opt for the Essex sash.

shawkhan2 and Warlord bring us up to a neat 10, with Warlord declaring for Parliament. I'll look at assigning people to teams tomorrow (Friday) evening (GMT) if a preference hasn't been received.

I think the Parliamentarian flag is more striking.
Then I can eventually channel Oliver Cromwell. :)
Charles I think is a stiff-necked 'insidious' tyrant. I think I have the perfect solution for his stiff neck.

I would be interested in an ECW campaign game - long overdue.

No prizes for guessing which side you want to be on.

Waldorf is added to the Parliament teamsheet.

@Cromwell: I'll put you in the first reserve slot as the campaign needs even numbers.

I have assigned players to factions where no specific request was made. I've also added a rank which will go up as you score some points (or if you score points in my case :)):

Each faction now needs a volunteer to be commander-in-chief. Each turn, it is the CiC's job to assign the team to regions - currently each player will need to be given two regions (so two battles per turn) - then PM the 'orders' to me so I can publish the matches. I can't be CiC because of this function. Volunteers/candidates welcome!

I'm interested with a preference for Royalists if you want to go to 6 each side.

I have three on the reserves bench (Cromwell, iandavidsmith & Ironclad) - if we can get one more today, I can rearrange some counties and add Wales so that we get two battles each per turn. Once finalised, I'll start a clean thread with rules overview that I'll ask to get stickied, as suggested.

Excellent, Blathergut brings the player list to completion for the first try at this. I was taken suddenly drunk yesterday so didn't quite get around to updating spreadsheets with new regions etc. - I'll be doing this work tonight and posting the details here. We should be good to get started at that point!

What? Over? Did you say "over"? Nothing is over until we decide it is! Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Hell no!

Room for another straggler, maybe into the rear rank, to step forward if one of the lads in front goes down? No preference; I'm rather a mercenary sort of fellow, you know.
