Another rating reset???

My rating just dropped from 1700 to 1500. Wtf, another rating reset.

Btw my previous win also contributed zero points to the rating.

Same here. After dropping from rank #8 to tank #10,035, I had worked my way back aup to the 1600s when wham, back down to 1500. Third time, actually.

It gets worse. I had a game that got hit by the move freeze bug on T-21. As if that wasn't bad enough -- it was a close game, and neither my opponent nor I could get it working afer trying everything, including deleting the app and reinstalling -- although my opponent resigned, the game eventually registered as a timed out loss for me, and it remains active in my Timed Out section. it keeps appearing as un unplayed move in the Main Menu tab, so every time I scroll through my moves to play current games, this one re-appears, I get the game over message, lose points to my rating, and boom, the game appears again right away as a move to be played. (Red notification in the Main menu.) i am down into the 1300 point range now despite not losing a single game the past month, caught in this endless loop of timed out losses.

This is just ridiculous, and if the ratings system continues to be such a joke, there's no point in having it. Shanandoah has said this is solely a Game Center problem, but I have my doubts -- I have not experienced similar crashes with any other game I play on Game Center. Furthermore, the turn freeze / unable to clear a finished game bug has existed since the update back in Spring, and has not been fixed. I really like this game, but the bugginess is making it impossible to play competitively. I know several other top twenty ( well, before the crash at least) players who would say the same. Could we get an update on whether Shenandoah intends to address these problems or not?

Fairly new player, I made it to 10.5k rating then after a couple games that I won, I checked it again and I dropped down to 9000
I am actually lower than everyone on my friends list, even those who just played 1-2 times. Anyone know what can cause this to happen?

And no, I didnt have a huge streak of losses/disconnects but actually a couple wins.
