There's a new BOTB league started up over at quartertothree. We're trying out a scoring system which rewards Allied victories, and Axis victories which occur by Dec 25th & where the Meuse is touched, but treats other Axis victories as a draw. Format of the league is multiple level groups with players rising or falling between groups after each full round of play. Players in each group play a pair of games with each other player in the group to complete the round.

Oh, I like turtles as much as the next person. I like cats, too, but it irritates me when I can't get them to make their move. Why can't they pay attention to the game?
