Cannot buy IAP?

After 1.2 update, I try to bought the IAPs. But cannot, i can download free IAP but the not the paid ones.
(All three, it's said I've already bought and will download but it,s still not appear in game.) restore purchase didn't help though.
I don't know what happen and how to fix, try to redownload once but still have problem.

Still cannot unlock IAP. when I press buy, its said I'm already bought. But it's still not unlock.
Try to restore purchase but that's not help.
i'm in Thailand (thailand appstore)
Wait for new patch but problem is not solved, i think it's not app's problem.
It shold be appstore problem but i dont know how to contact them.

(Try to reinstall game, even restore ipad but not help.)
