Battle of the Bulge 68 Ago Today

Post by mikus42 »

Let us remember the start of what could have been one of the United States' greatest defeats, yet became one of our greatest victories.

I remember my childhood friend's father breaking down and crying when he remembered that winter so many years ago. I was too young to understand. He carried the burden of the Battle of the Bulge with him for the rest of his life.

We've just posted our own dedication. We should all take time to reflect.
