OK I'm dense. How about a step by step ( never assume anything ) walk thru of a turn for the tutorial....experienced gamers can ignore by newbies will give up after a very short while. Just my 2 cents worth. :D

Have you tried the basic training , or only watched the static tutorial ?

The current static tutorial is being replaced with the Advanced Training, can be viewed in the Documentation sticky, the Basic Training currently in game is the step for step interactive tutorial.
