Has anybody suggested building a Space Program Manager wiki page? I think it would be very useful to have a wiki with all of the information that you might need about programs, rockets, missions, prestige goals etc. all in one place. I would be willing to build a wiki page, or assist with the build if anybody else is also interested in taking it on.
