Need to Restore Full Screen mode for display

I'm running BA2 in Windows 8, using v 1.01. Earlier today, as an experiment, I altered the display to "windowed mode" at a resolution less than full screen.
My problem is that the display now cuts off the very bottom of the screen, which means I can't access the "advanced options" to restore "full screen" mode.
When I click on the "options" button from the game the screen includes the list of saved games and the top line of options - scrolling speed, SFX volume -
but only the barest top sliver of the line of options below that, including the button for "advanced options". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the
game but that did not restore the "full screen" display. It's stuck on the smaller screen size I chose when I altered it earlier today.

This situation also cuts off the bottom of the screen in game mode, so the "end turn" button is also only partially visible.

How can I get back to a "full screen" display mode?

Checkout the OPTIONS.TXT file in Documents (or MyDocuments)\My Games\BA2

A few lines down you should see Fullscreen 1 (1 is for fullscreen I believe)

If all else fails simply delete the options file, and the game will restart with its default settings.

Thanks very much. I knew there was a doc somewhere that would allow me to reset the Fullscreen option but couldn't call it
to mind. Your advice allowed me to fix the problem and get back on the road to Moscow.
