Multiplayer Issue

I think that there is a problem with the server as I can not send a multi player move away.
I had just started a new game as the Imperialists and the server switched me to the Swedes when I tried to upload my first move ?

Issued a new challenge & then re started the game, seems OK. My first move uploaded OK.
