PBEM Notifications?

I don't receive any notifications for PBEM.

I have my email address correctly listed under my account information.

I've turned on your PBEM++ notifications. You should be receiving them from now on.

but how can i turn them off, i dont se the "Edit Information and then toggle the “Receive PBEM Notifications” box thing. thank you
