Ipad app won't update to all campaigns

Paid for the update to all campaigns and scenarios but doesn't work. What are the options.

Check if Panzer Corps is updated with the last patch.

Noob issue. You should put in instructions that the icons on the side of the page are active. The assumption is the campaigns are only the 5 on the main page. Starting hitting icons and voila there are the campaigns. Thanks
