Cheat Interface
Hey, the 1.3 patch notes say it added the interface accessed the same way as it is in Panzer Corps. I've tried using it, but i can't find the secret codes anywhere. If anybody has them could you post them please?
Re: Cheat Interface
Wild guess, have you tried too google for Panzer Corps cheats? Maybe they work.

Yeah, I tried to use them, but none of them work.

Relevant quotes.
Relevant quotes.
To reiterate the reality of the situation:There is no developer console yet. Trust me, I sorely missed it during internal testing.
Hopefully we'll get one at some point along with hotkeys like:

But for time being, it's all about priorities.
lordzimoa wrote:We don`t disagree and are working hard to correct it, but eg. you quote the PzC series, just compare v1.00, that we released in July 2011 to the current one v1.23 version... it was much, much worse and had far few features upon release.
But people forget..., if we would have added at release what we want and will include into this game series. This would be released in 2016.
What we do promise is to work as fast and hard as we can and we will bring this game far and above the level that PzC has got now and much faster!
There is so much coming, we preferred it to be in on day one, but due to many, many aspects I cannot get into, this was simply not possible.
We had a point that we had to say this is good enough to start the series... we just need some time! People will enjoy this series for many years to come, and we will support, expand and improve it, that is a promise.
Little by little one travels far.

Re: Cheat Interface
So just to clear it up, there's an interface, but there are no codes? That's fine, you guys are doing a great job and I can wait.
Also I love the game, and expect big things from the series, Keep up the amazing work and I'll buy all of it.

Re: Cheat Interface
But . . . but . . . Kerensky, the 1.03 patch notes do say they added the cheat interface, and how to access it. The quote you quoted was said before the 1.03 patch, so they indeed have added it since then.
- Added cheat interface (single player only). Press Alt+Ctrl+Shift+C to invoke cheat box.
So, supposedly it is there. They just haven't published the cheat codes yet.

Re: Cheat Interface
C'mon guys, this is such a non-issue.
You can edit pretty much any value using a simple text editor, or if you absolutely have to cheat in-game you can use cheat engine or something like that.
It's really, really easy to do, unless you want completely invincible units, but at that point there isn't much of a reason to play anyway.

Editing file is a perma-cheat. I got stuck in a campaign mission, get slaughtered every time, I can just add a tiny bit of Requisition and I can get myself through with a challenge... no other way of doing this so I am waiting for cheatsDownTheDrain wrote:C'mon guys, this is such a non-issue.

Re: Cheat Interface
you could change your units values for this just one mission and make them overpowered. After the mission you change all the values back as they were. The savegame will work fine. Just don't change the max squad size, in some cases I had issues coming up when changing this value several times over the course of a campaign playthrough.

First of all, what Xadie said.Asterix_von_TWC wrote: Editing file is a perma-cheat. I got stuck in a campaign mission, get slaughtered every time, I can just add a tiny bit of Requisition and I can get myself through with a challenge... no other way of doing this so I am waiting for cheats
You can just keep a copy of the original file somewhere and replace it back once the mission is over.
Secondly, if you just want a few more points to spend use cheat engine.
It's super easy to do and will not affect your computer or your game in any way, shape or form.
