Game stalled in end of the multiplayer battle

In multiplayer end of the battle (gampaing) my opponents game stopped
responding and game jammed. I could move my mouse and issue orders but
none of my units would not move.
We have the Steam version of the game and it is up to date.
We both have dissabled anti virus for playing this game because it would not connect otherwise.

Are your games updated? with the patch to 1.01 version?

Internet connection has always been an issue with CC. If it drops for a second, it may freeze your game
