Ultramarines transports missing?

Okay, so I noticed on the new 2.2 version it's supposed to have land raiders avaliable as transports for all the heavy space marine units. I can't get them for the Ultramarines. Salamanders work just fine, though, as do blood angels.

Also, shouldn't the salamander firedrakes have the same stats as the other terminators?

We're up to 1.03. 1.02 had those transport issues, but they are fixed in 1.03. I checked and doubled checked this. What version are you on? (bottom right corner of the game main menu screen)
