Turn off story line messages

I would like to be able to turn off the messages between the scenarios that just carry the storyline. I don't care about the story all I want are the victory conditions! I find clicking through that other stuff irritating. And while at it it would be nice if there was a way to review that victory conditions in game. Thanks
