Error - can't connect to game server since 103 update

Having completed the 103 update I can't get access to the game server to play and existing multiplayer

Are you saying that you cannot log in at all with your existing credentials you used to log in?

You should check that you don't need to reauthorise the game EXE through any software firewall you may be running.

I am getting an incredibly slow response to accessing the game server, since the 103 update and I can barely load a game. The load is taking at least 2 minutes and or failing completely

I'm not seeing any slowdown on the server. Again, could it be any firewall or AV software that you are running?

The system was working without a problem until the 103 update.

I can now get to the server to load a multiplayer game but it takes at least 90 seconds and possibly two attempts to get through. Then I have to refresh the list to make my file appear.

This simply didn't happen before the update. The connection and listing of the current games were, for all intents and purposes, instantaneous.

During this "waiting period" the game appears to be accessing the hard drive and trying the CD drive. I don't recall it doing that before.

The system is now working as it was before - it appears that you have fixed something behind the scenes or possibly your systems weren't up to the load that was required to manage the updates and traffic. Please ensure you have sufficient bandwidth as it destroys the whole game experience
