Mods not working :(

Hi all,
I downloaded the latest version of PC to my old XP operating PC while on holidays.
I tried installing 3 mods (Battlefield Europe,Romanian Campaign,Italian Campaign ) and they all have the same issue:
The loading works ok,initial videos are ok but when I get to the actual game screen everything apart from the orders options is blacked out
Any ideas what could be the reason for that? When de-activating the mods, the game works fine.

How have you installed the game? Did you used the original game file installer and then updated with .22?

Just downloaded the PanzerCorpsWermacht SetUp Release v100
Have I missed something?

Please update the game with patch 1.22:
