So I thought I might try to get the all-caps out of my user name (I'm a victim of the all-caps button and didn't notice because BA1's text was in all caps anyway), yet when I go to change my profile I end at the Matrix unified log-in page, where my user name and password do not work. An email sent some time ago on this issue went without response. So I am at a dead end on this. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You can't change an username. The only workaround is for you to create a new account.
Before creating a new account change your email address of the current account, otherwise you won't be able to create a new one with the same email address.
After creating your new user account, contact us at support[a]slitherine.co.uk, with your old account and the new account details, and we will transfer the serials from your old to the new account.

Thanks for your response. To be clearer, I simply want to get rid of the all caps. If that's not possible, it's simply not worth the hassle of the new account you recommended. The issue of the unified log-in window coming up every time I try to go to my account settings remains.
