This comes under the heading of "very low priority", but it seems to be a bit of a bug.

The Space Complex screen has various buildings other than the Big Six: greyish-black structures, launch towers and fuel tanks. It seems that every time you go back and forth into the Space Complex screen, launch towers and the changing - and growing - other buildings keep coming and going. It's possible to see within the same session, three launch towers and then one and then two and then none. I've also noted the buildings by the Astronaut/Cosmonaut Centre in GSA a collection of buildings that show up and grow as the building's size advances, then mysteriously vanish during the middle of a turn.

Anything you can do about that? it can be most disconcerting to see you're in the middle of two-crewed capsules and suddenly all the launchpads have vanished.

Hello lordshipmayhem,

You're right. I've just checked our assets in here and it seems that there are minor differences between the 'day' and 'night' versions (missing palmtrees, secondary buildings, etc). I'll let our UI artist know so that we can get it sorted. Thanks for the heads-up!
