Very fast heroes in all mods, possible?

I liked playing GTPG and Legacy of Versailles with very fast heroes. So far those seem to be the only mods wich can give you very fast heroes. Is there any way in which I can play different mods with very fast heroes? Can I just put the gamerules.pzdat in another mod folder or do I need to edit them? I would like to know, I would really like to play other mods with very fast heroes.

If you like face-paced mods, I'm currently working on a mod based on the Mongol empire in the 13th century. Most of this is fought with cavalry units (ranged cav's being one of the better ones!). A beta is planned for Sunday, maybe you want to try it out?

Otherwise, editing the equipment.pzdat file and adding movement points to stuff is another (relatively) simple way of speeding everything up.

Back up the gamerules.pzdat you wish to replace, then replace it with the gamerules.pzdat i provided in Legacy of Versailles.
