Cannot redeem Steam key for Battle Academy Mega Pack

Hi, I've tried to redeem Battle Academy Mega Pack on Steam as described here:

This has worked for all other games I've purchased, but the Mega Pack doesn't show up in the list of games on Steam and I can't use my serial to redeem any of the DLCs or the main game.
Please help.
UPDATE: I could redeem three addons (Battle Academy Blitzkrieg France, Battle Academy Market Garden and Battle Academy Operation Sealion), but not the main game, and if I try to use the key on any of the other addons, I get the following error message: "Error 108: Lockout"

Did contact them, it still doesn't work, and I can't redeem only the DLC on Steam (as I said getting keys for three DLCs worked, but not for the main game. BTW, the new Unified Login stuff for Matrix and Slitherine is a real pain to use, and the login you set there doesn't work for all sites when I go directly to them. And it asks me to merge accounts each time when I go to the Slitherine site and try to login, although I have already done that. This needs some fixing.
Another concern: There seems to be no direct link to support on the Slitherine site, or have I missed something? Couldn't see it anywhere , this is why I posted this problem in the forum.

I'm not sure what you're saying. If you are in contact with support via email then that is the best place to sort this out. They have access to the all the internals, and you can safely send them your serials etc.
