MP games - show opp turn ?

I'm playing a couple games and both were set up with "show opp move" ticked. It is also ticked in my options. However, when my turn comes I just see the results and nothing about what my opponent did. What's wrong? It's really frustrating to play like that ...

Is there any plan to make the MP maps playable in single scenario?
Also, I've seen at least one map where one faction has twice the cash of the other, and similar starting armies. I can see a smaller offset, but twice ... too much.

I think it depends on the victory conditions. Forces are not always equal but you are supposed to have an equal chance of achieving your goal.
