AI use of minimum range weapons

Hello, it appears the Ai has difficulty with units that have minimum ranges and no other weapons to use in the gap

Example: The AI attacked me furiously in one scenario, continously driving up adjacent to my units but then not attacking. After checking the enemy unit stats I undertsand why as they only had one weapon with a 2-3 range... (sorry, I cannot recall what type of Orc vehicle it was...) Hopefully this can be tweeked. Cheers!
