I think you are playing a Mod, the Grand campaign.

Oh yeah right, i am playing the GTPG Campaign. So this is wad? The thread for the mod itself has no activity, so i didn't bother to ask there. Can i turn this off somewhere in the files? Does anyone know? Otherwise i will just give myself the prestige.

Nope, sorry, you play the campaign they way it was designed.

It works as designed but it if you really want it can be turned off in the gamefiles for the mod. If you navigate to the folder where the mod is, there should be a 'Data' folder with all the scenarios etc. (.pzloc & .pzscn files). There are two important files there: gamerules.pzdat and gamerules114.pzdat (this one is used when you select to play with the old 1.14 rules). Make a backup to be sure.pewp3w wrote:Oh yeah right, i am playing the GTPG Campaign. So this is wad? The thread for the mod itself has no activity, so i didn't bother to ask there. To open these files, use MS Excel or Notepad. There is an entry in there, about halfway, that is named 'UpgradeCost'. In GTPG this is set to 150, which means upgrading a unit out of family costs 150% of the new unit. You can change this to 100, save the file(s) (use the option to keep the settings if it asks). Re-enable the mod, start a new campaign and the difference should be noticable.
