Multiplayer Login Issue

Amazing game by far, I want to start playing the multiplayer of course... but it will not send me to the register page so I can have a login to do so. Can someone help me please cause this is not clear on what to do.

Just enter same login and password which you have used on this forum in the game form. This should let you into MP interface.
