Win condition in shuttle rescue mission (act 1)

Hello,
I did the shuttle mission yesterday.
In the first try, I reach several objectives but after that it did not went well. I had to restart mission with only few turns lefts before rescue.
After the restart, I played several turns and the mission end after some turns, with a victory.
I would suspect the turn counter to not properly reset when you restart the mission.
