Purchase download link not working, no Serial # given

I purchased an electronic copy of the game yesterday and the link on my order page to download didn't work. After starting the program to download the game I was told the file wasn't available or wasn't there. So I downloaded the demo version(realizing it was the full game just not unlocked) and went to register it, but realized I never received the code(it also wasn't in my confirmation email). I tried my order number and customer number to see if that was what was needed, but no. Can somebody please help me out here. I've already emailed my information to tech support but haven't heard anything back yet. Thank you.

Sorry you are having problems. The system is supposed to auto register your serial number so you don't need to but it seems it has failed this time. It's supposed to make life simpler but it does not always seem to be the case....

Please run the game and when the box to register appears it will display a hardware fingerprint (something like HTTR-8H66). Please send your order number & this hardware fingerprint to info@slitherine.co.uk and we'll get you up and running ASAP.
