How do you go back and make a different choice

If I am playing a campaign and at the end of a scenario I am given a choice between progressing to Scenario A or Scenario B, and I choose Scenario A, and then finish the campaign, how do I go back and play Scenario B. Do I start the campaign over again and when that choice is given choose differently than the first time??

Save the game before you make the choice Look at the campaign tree (you can find them in the forum) if you do not want to save at the end of each mission.
