Editor starts with Sand?

Does anyone know how to open a new scenario with just grass...for some reason, everytime now that I try to create a new one, it starts off with Sicily_tiles - Tile1

Don't want to have to paint the whole thing in grass!

I use:
When you get the sand then select the tile you want as base (grass for example).
Click on the left botton with a plus simbol
Then click on make a new empty map

Probably Pip knows a better way...
