Tutorial Missions Feedback

Post by Kerensky »

I'll be using this thread to track and post changes and updates to all Tutorial scenarios. This way, our testers can keep an eye on what to look out for when and if something changes. Feel free to contribute your feedback to this thread if you have comments about anything Tutorial related!

The story flow between Mission 2 and 3 seems to be very jarring. In 2 there are no Orcs and the hulk may be empty. At the start of 3 we have orks fighting in the air. Seems like there is a transition step missing.

Also Treless's pop-up briefing about firing non-lethal munitions in mission 1 happens after you have taken the first turn. Seems like that might be information you would want to know before that. ;)

Thanks,
Duncan
The Warhammer 40K games all need more T'au Empire units.

3 mission tutorial.
Triger to attack from zone 2 must be tied to the number of units side 2, and not to the capture of the bridge. Otherwise, these units will not be able to take part in the battle.

Started the beta. The first two scenarios went perfectly.
There was just a point I haven't found in the interface (during the deployment phase): how to delete a unit that you do not want anymore, to make more place for new units...
Moreover, I dislike the difference with PC, were you can keep an army, deploying only the units you want. There, if I am correct, you are limited by the total number of units in your army, not the number of deployed units.

Finished scenario 3, no problem there. Just a point, it is strange that there is a building VP (south west), not really visible, that is not required for victory.

Big bug in scenario 4, I cannot play. I deployed my unit, but from there, I can only get killed by the enemy units, without having the right to shoot or move.

PS:
I still won, without having taken an action by myself. I don't think that was the goal...

Oops. :? Not every day you see issues like this. Thanks for reporting, confirmed and fixed. Hotfix is available at the same location:
