Multiplayer Experimentation

Out of curiosity, I hosted a multiplayer game and loaded. But I changed directories and picked a single player saved game. A friend jumped in the game taking the place of a previously-AI faction. All I did was switch the Player field from AI to Open in the host window. Everything mostly worked. Diplomacy was fine, turns ended just fine, etc. I have only two comments:

1) The typical "Player" window from multiplayer games (top right corner) was not created. I didn't realize how much I'd miss that little window until it was gone. I could never tell when other human players were finished with turns.
2) There is an issue in the multiplayer host window. If you set the Player field from AI to "Closed" it crashes the game. I've tested this multiple times. Perhaps "Closed" should not be an option in these cases, or just have it automatically switch back to AI.
