can't launch mission

I am encountering an issue in my Soviet Campaign where I researched the R7 Vostok Booster and the Vostok spacecraft (both over 80%) and am trying to launch the uncrewed suborbital flight test (first one in Vostok line) but I get a message saying

"The mission cannot be scheduled because the following required mission components is/are currently unavailable for the following seasons:

-Vostok Spacecraft"

Now grammar issues aside I have been trying to launch this thing for a year now (4 seasons). At first I thought maybe the Soviets can't launch in winter (Q4) or something but it has been several consecutive seasons without me being able to launch. I have more than enough money, flight controllers, etc. The adviser says it is safe to launch (91%). Does anyone know why I can't launch this mission or what this message is really trying to tell me? Are launches restricted to certain seasons for the Soviets (never had this problem playing NASA side) and if so how is a player supposed to know this as nowhere does it indicate there are restrictions on seasons?

Sure I can upload the save however this is a mp game. Do those have local saves? I don't see anything in my AppData\LocalLow\MatrixGames\BASPM directory. Can you pull it off the server?

Ah, gotcha. Yes, savefiles are not stored locally in multiplayer mode to avoid cheating. I can see you're involved in several games, which one is the one causing problems? Can you tell me who are you playing against with?
