How do I upgrade the original program?

I ran a test flight (descend) for my spaceplane, now i want to test it farther.
but every time i pick the next stage (like orbital flight or something), it wont do it, instead it do the descend test again =\

Hello CrashCourse,

Welcome to the forums! Sorry, but I'm a bit confused. You're saying that the game won't allow you to run certain missions from the PKA space plane?
