can,t start game

when i try to start the game i get a message load graphical resources this only takes a while the first time promise number of resources loaded. every time it gets to 16 of 20 it freezes up . i have left it on for several hours and still won,t do any thing.

Please try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, only this time don't install in the C:\Program Files (x86)\... folder. Install it for example in C:\Games\... folder.

I tried down loading it to a different
file and i still get the same results, i am running it on windows 8.1 would that matter

Did you try to launch using admin rights ?

Is the game installed in an external drive?

Which resolution are you running the game on? Also, which resolutions does the game launcher allow you to choose from?
