Hi there
I just stumbled upon a little problem.
1.0 client, GSA campaign, Time: Q1/1995
Allready finished my trip to the moon (1968) but wanted to try all possible missions, thats why i am still playing campaign and theres even stuff to do left for at least another 7-10 years. Great game

But now the issue: As soon as it switches from Q4/1994 to Q1/1995 i get no new budget in my message but that "there are new short term objectives. check public affairs office". But when i do so, the screen turns black. Game does not crash, just the graphics from public affairs isn't displayed anymore.
Maybe the historical graphs are to long now or something like that and the engine can't display it anymore. Dunno

Shame on me... it was an autosave and today I played some hours so unfortunately it's overwritten. Thats the Crux with autosave... its very comfortable but when someone needs that one particular savegame... sorry

But on the other hand. The game still runs smoothly. I am in the late 90s and as long as i don't touch public affairs everything works like charm.

So my only additional info out of memory, maybe it helps:
- It was the turn where you were given your new budget based on reputation. My reputation was over 200k (got some random good events wich gave me ridicolous high amounts of rep, like 6 - 15k +)
- There was no "new budget is..." message wich normally comes along with the "new short term goals" message.
- "new short term goals..." message all 3 "4-year-periods" before black screen were fake. public affairs said after clicking the button "no short term objectives blabla..." but screen obviously didn't go black so i could exit public affairs office.
- Save slot was autosave1, but I thinks thats not important
- just tried it in 3/1998... publick affairs-->no lights in office (black screen)

Edit:
- current budget is 49882.0 (since it didn't change after the issue thats the value of the event)
- every time since that issue, there were no new budgets given out, only that fake message "new short term goals..."
