how to cancel "scheduled" missions in progress

am playing in buzz hard and have to handle funds very save

so i dont have a lot of personel

and now i have the sun probe mission, pioneer 6, it has 6 goals.. after first try and success 3 goals accomplished, second try no changes.. third try no changes, and now i want to stop the mission to free the personel, but how the hell this goes??

-why? why the other goals are not accomplished, there is no other probe or mission to send to the sun
-why? the mission is still in VAB missions in progress and why the hell i cant cancel this?? is this a bug or a feature??? i want my personel to be free for other missions

what goes wrong??

Hello rittstar,

Can you list the name of the goals that don't get accomplished ? Notice that you have to wait for the mission to end to get all the goals validated, and that one lasts 6 turns.
